At the Watertower brought their rock n roll variety show to the town of Salida during the FIBArk festival weekend. Benson's Tavern & Beer Garden was the location again, as it has been the past several years. There were two solid nights of rock'n'roll, country, rap, and punk for the FIBArk revelers who found their way to Benson's. At the Watertower clearly enjoys playing this venue and for this crowd. There were a lot of happy faces in the crowd and you could tell At the Watertower was energizing the crowd. On Friday night, they had a sound engineer (Kyle Zender) record their set for a potential live album release. Their friend and author of this blog post joined them onstage for two songs each night, and had a blast doing so. This is an event not to be missed. But for those who were not there, here are the photos and video from both nights.
